Claire Contreras is a New York Times bestselling author. She has written novels and works of short fiction for both adults and children but she is best known for her contemporary romance novels.
Perhaps her best known work is Kaleidoscope Hearts, the first novel in Contreras’s Hearts series. It is a novel about a girl who enters a relationship with her elder brother’s best friend. As an independent author, Contreras has taken inspiration from other indie writers, including Colleen Hoover, Jamie McGuirre, Katja Millay, Tarryn Fisher and S.C. Stephens. She has published many of her own works and represents herself as an author, retaining the full rights for print, digital and audio editions of many of her works.
