Corina Bomann is a best-selling author from Parchim, Germany who is famous for her, ‘Die Spionin’. Right from the day Corina learned to read, she has not stopped reading and her interest grew over years. Born on Mar 7, 1974, Corina started writing short stories from a very young age. Her bus ride to school was full of imaginations and so from short stories soon she started writing novels in notebooks.

Corina grew up in a village in Mecklenburg. She initially got trained as a dental nurse and also served as a dental assistant for some time. But her passion for writing made her to leave her dental career and focus on writing. In 1999, Corina published her first short story. Later she published her two fantasy novels, ‘The Shadow Spirit’ and ‘The Dream of the Satyr’.

‘The Moonlit-Garden’ was one of the popular books written by Corina. It was after year 2008, that she started focusing on historic fiction for women. The novel, ‘The Butterfly Island’ has sold over hundred thousand copies and was on the best-seller list of Spiegel for several weeks. Although Corina has written many books under categories of young adults and adults separately, ‘Krahen Mann’ was her first book under young adult thriller category.

Corina currently lives in Berlin with her family. When she gets spare time, Corina loves to dedicate her time for reading, drawing and go for long walks along the sea.
