Kathryn Casey

Kathryn Casey is an American journalist and a famous writer in the true crime genre. Kathryn was interested in reading right from her childhood. She even hesitated to go out and play since she didn’t want to stop reading. Kathryn studied journalism and for twenty years she wrote for magazines. Kathryn has written for ‘Ladies’ Home Journal, TV Guide, Rolling Stone, Texas Monthly, Seventeen, MORE, Town & Country and Reader’s Digest.

As a journalist, Kathryn has interviewed celebrities including four first ladies and a President. Most of her crime stories have been selected as best books. Kathryn’s debut novel, ‘Singularity’ was one of Booklist’s best crime novel debuts of 2009 and her third novel, ‘The Killing Storm’ was selected as one of the best books of 2010 by Library Journal. ‘She Wanted it All’ is considered one of the best works of Kathryn.

Kathryn has appeared in many TV shows and has boldly discussed the sufferings and mistakes faced by women. Being the creator of Sarah Armstrong mystery series, Kathryn is also an active member of the Author’s Guild and Mystery Writers of America. Kathryn currently lives in Houston with her husband.
