Tracey Garvis Graves is a noted best-selling author of New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Tracey was very much interested in writing from a very young age and so she attended fiction writing classes in college. She started to try her hand at writing through blogging in 2008 and with the confidence received; she began writing novel in 2010.

Tracey’s debut novel, ‘On the Island’ was very well received and it was a huge hit among the readers. The novel was on the New York Times best-seller list for about 9 weeks. The novel was also translated into 27 languages and is in the talks for conversion into a feature film. ‘On the Island’ is an adult romance novel which talks about the human bonds and how they are important for survival.

Few of the other novels authored by Tracey includes, ‘Uncharted’, ‘Covet’, ‘Every Time I Think of You’ and ‘Cherish’. ‘Covet’ is known to be a contemporary women’s fiction novel on romance.

Tracey lives a happy life with her husband, two children and a dog Chloe in the suburbs of Des Moines, Iowa. Tracey always prefers to write early in the morning. Tracey has always been inspired by author Stephen King’s works and among all the books that she has read so far, ‘The Stand’ is her all time favourite.
